"I was terrified to talk to anyone, and made a goal to talk to just one person. Once I talked to one, I couldn't stop. I realized they're just people." - Corrie, 2015
"I believe in divine appointments... the kind that you know only God could have set up for an exact 15 minutes of your whole life . . . This experience wasn't a highlight of my week, or even semester, but something I will treasure and remember for the rest of my life." - "Ashley"
As a student at Focus on the Family Institute in 2003, Ashley participated in the JFA training program, including an outreach event at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Through the event, she found she had a unique opportunity to minister to others and to experience Christ's love herself. A portion of this quote was featured on JFA's home page in November 2015.
